Wood decking provides structural support for your roof. If it's rotted, warped or damaged, it won't hold shingles securely, leading to leaks.
Do I need new gutters with my roof?
The state of your current gutter system is the determining factor. We only opt for replacement if the system is failing or in rough shape.

How do I maintain my roof after a cleaning/coating?
After the product has dried you are good to go, no maintenance needed!
What are signs it's time to replace my roof?
Typically the signs are heavy granule loss, missing or blown shingles, uneven patterns and discoloration.
Can my roof receive a coating?
We only recommend coatings as a last resort option to postpone a replacement. For roofs between 20-30 years old with no heavy granule loss.
How do I know if I need a repair or replacement?
If damage is extensive or your roof is over 20 years old, replacement is recommended.
