Manufacturer’s Warranty Limited Lifetime Protection

In addition to our own workmanship warranty, your roof is also protected by the manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, which comes standard with the major shingle brands we install.

 

This warranty covers defects in the roofing materials themselves — such as cracking, blistering, or premature wear — for as long as you own your home. Most manufacturers offer a non-prorated coverage period during the first 10–15 years, during which eligible materials are replaced at full value. It’s important to note that when a roofing company advertises a “lifetime warranty,” they are typically referring to this limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty — which comes with specific terms, conditions, and time-based limitations. While the coverage is strong, it’s not unlimited, and we believe homeowners should understand exactly what they’re receiving.
